Complete Detail Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen and sometimes you can’t appear for your scheduled appointment. In that case, please speak with our front desk and provide 24-hour notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our office at 402-591-0257 or email us at customerservice@elkhornautospa.com

Our staff sets aside valuable time just for you and we often maintain a wait list, which greatly helps us to cater to everyone who would like to be seen. In the event of a late-cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show, we will charge your credit card a fee of $150.00 dollars. Thank you for your understanding.

Credit Card Cancellation Charge *

I authorize a late-cancellation/no-show charge, in the event that I cancel with less than 24-hour notice, against my credit card for the full cost of the session.

Motorcycle Agreement *

You must drive the bike in AND out of the facility. It will not move from its location once it has been parked.
